Customer Service Representative
Summary
To help agency clients and producers with servicing of accounts and new business.
Primary Responsibilities
-
Assist with daily office processes
-
Provide general office and administrative duties to ensure continued office functionality

Professional administer incoming and outgoing phone calls
-
Work closely with clients to understand and resolve their information, servicing, and insurance needs
-
Be a friendly, welcoming customer service representative for the office
-
Review customer accounts upon renewal
-
Process daily endorsements, claims, payments, and renewals into management system accurately
-
Process mail and faxes and distribute accordingly
-
Create and process reports as needed
-
Assist/support all team members
Secondary Responsibilities
-
Perform miscellaneous projects and complete various tasks as directed

Represent Steil Insurance at local functions/events
Job Specifications
Education, Experience
-
High School degree or equivalent required
-
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
-
Previous insurance experience preferred, but not required
-
Ability to achieve property/casualty insurance license in the time frame given
