Emily is a Richmond native and has worked at Steil Insurance since 2011 and has been a licensed agent since 2013. Prior to working in the insurance industry, she worked at her grandfather's bank (where Steil Insurance first originated from). She has been working in this wonderful small town almost her whole life and has established strong relationships with customers thru the many years. Emily is married to her high school sweetheart and have 3 wonderful children and 2 dogs. Emily loves spending as much time on the lake as possible during the summer with her family/friends, watching her kids play hockey during the winter months and trying to fit in the next family adventure when possible.

I’ve been a licensed insurance agent since 2014 and proudly serve clients through Steil Insurance Services since 2018. While I can assist with a wide range of insurance needs, my primary focus is on health insurance in both the Richmond & Becker offices. I am passionate about helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of health coverage and finding solutions that truly fit their needs in an ever-changing landscape.

Craig joined the Steil Insurance team in the fall of 2022 as a licensed agent who serves to provide insurance options for personal lines coverages (home, auto, umbrella, boat, toys).
Craig grew up in the area and is a familiar face to many locals in the Richmond/Cold Spring/Rockville area, as he work in education for 25 years. He has lived, worked and played in the Richmond area his whole life and loves the connection he has to the community and people.
Craig has been married to his wife Lori for 30 years and has three children. Craig enjoys hunting, fishing, traveling and spending time with family.

Jen Brovold

Jen started at Steil Insurance in 2023, she works at the front desk & enjoys visiting with our clients & the community everyday. “I am proud to be a part of the Steil Insurance team, they are family to me. I honestly can say we have the best team, I know that each & every agent here has the clients absolute best interest in mind & works for them like they are family.”
Jen is a native of Eden Valley, & currently resides in Watkins with her husband J & 3 children, Ellie, Tate & Grace. Jen's favorites are her faith, her family, coffee, diet coke & chips 😊. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her entire family, walking, snacking, watching sports of all kinds, being out on the water & reading. Jen works part time as a 911 dispatcher for Meeker County & is an active member of the Watkins Ambulance.

With licenses in Minnesota, Arizona, and Florida, Leah helps clients find the right coverage for their needs. A Cold Spring native, she now calls Richmond her home where she married her high school sweetheart and they raised 2 children.

Shannon has worked in the insurance industry since 2014 and in 2015 she became a licensed agent. She specializes in Farms and Commercial Lines insurance products. Shannon takes pride in helping each client navigate their options and choose insurance that truly fits their life. She can advise you on a multitude of products and services, including home and auto insurance, farm property coverage, and life insurance. Shannon has insurance license in MN, ND, and SD.

Tammy grew up in Waite Park, MN, and currently resides north of Cold Spring with her family. She began her career in the insurance industry in 1999 when she earned her Property & Casualty license, followed by her Accident & Health and Life license in 2001. With more than two decades of experience, Tammy joined Steil Insurance on November 1, 2022, and now focuses her expertise on the personal lines department.
She is dedicated to helping clients protect what matters most, providing knowledgeable guidance and personalized service.
Outside of the office, Tammy enjoys spending time with her husband, Travis, their three children, and the family’s pets. She especially looks forward to camping during the summer months and ice fishing in the winter.

​Cole is a ROCORI graduate and studied Finance at St. Cloud State University before becoming a licensed agent on the Steil Insurance team in 2019, where he specialized in personal lines. Cole was born and raised in Richmond, MN and is third generation in the family business. When he is not in the office, Cole enjoys being outdoors hunting and fishing, coaching wrestling and spending time with family and friends. His favorite thing about working at Steil Insurance is getting to develop relationships with clients and working with them to find the right fit for their unique needs.

Julie joined the Steil Ins. team the beginning of 2023 and became a licensed agent the summer of 2023. Julie will be your point of contact for anything personal lines in the Becker Office.
When she is not in the office, Julie enjoys being outdoors, camping and ice fishing. She also enjoys watching her 2 boys play Lacrosse and Football.

Lynnea joined the Becker team in 2022. She enjoys greeting clients with a smile at the front desk.

Lynnea is married to Shannon. They have 2 adult sons, & a precious granddaughter. They also have a menagerie of animals on their hobby farm, including 2 dogs, chickens & alpacas.

Ron's career in insurance began back in 1994 as a marketing rep. selling commercial insurance for Federated Insurance, teaching me the technical aspects of insurance through intense education and hands on training. In 2019 I joined the Steil Insurance Services team. It is an incredible opportunity to be a part of a rapidly growing agency that is extremely customer focused with a 97% client retention ratio.
