Emily is a Richmond native and has worked at Steil Insurance since 2011 and has been a licensed agent since 2013. Prior to working in the insurance industry, she worked at her grandfather's bank (where Steil Insurance first originated from). She has been working in this wonderful small town almost her whole life and has established strong relationships with customers thru the many years. Emily is married to her high school sweetheart and have 3 wonderful children and 2 dogs. Emily loves spending as much time on the lake as possible during the summer with her family/friends, watching her kids play hockey during the winter months and trying to fit in the next family adventure when possible.

Craig joined the Steil Insurance team in August 2022. Craig grew up in the area and is a familiar face to many locals in the Richmond/Cold Spring/ Rockville area, as he was the local school counselor for many years. Craig became a licensed agent in December 2022.

Leah grew up in Cold Spring, MN and now calls Richmond her hometown. She has been part of the Steil Insurance Team since 2017, but has been a licensed agent since 2012 in Accident & Health, Casualty, Life, Property and is now licensed in Florida and Arizona as well. Leah's main focus is on personal lines in the Richmond office.
Shannon Sorum

Shannon is a Kimball, MN native and has worked in the insurance industry since 2014. In 2015 she became a licensed agent in Accident & Health, and Casualty, Life, Property. She specializes in Farms and Commercial Lines insurance products. Shannon became an insurance agent because she wanted to help people navigate tricky policies and provide our clients with the peace of mind that they have the proper coverage for their specific needs. As your insurance agent, Shannon can advise you on a multitude of products and services, including home and auto insurance, farm property coverage, and life insurance. Shannon is currently working towards her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation to provide even better service for her clients.
Shannon still resides in Kimball, MN with her husband Lukas, daughter Bethany, and her dog Bo. When not working Shannon enjoys spending time with family and working with my animals at the farm, hunting, fishing, and reading a good book. Shannon is also part of the Minnesota Deer Hunters Association - Stickney Hill Bighorns Chapter.

Cole Steil

Cole is a ROCORI graduate and studied Finance at St. Cloud State University before becoming a licensed agent on the Steil Insurance team in 2019, where he specialized in personal lines. Cole was born and raised in Richmond, MN and is third generation in the family business. When he is not in the office, Cole enjoys being outdoors hunting and fishing, coaching wrestling and spending time with family and friends. His favorite thing about working at Steil Insurance is getting to develop relationships with clients and working with them to find the right fit for their unique needs.
